What if You Could Spend 10 Seconds in Their Shoes?

During the holidays, people tend to be more exasperated, more quickly.  We have far less patience and allowance for each other as we hustle from place to place, overwhelmed with stress and anxiety that hangs in the air all around.

I saw this video and it really spoke to me.  Our tendency is to take things personally.

When the cashier is short, we assume she’s being rude to us.

When our friend isn’t very chatty, we think they are angry with us.

What if there is another possibility??  Could we consider that?

What if the cashier just got bad news from home and is fighting bursting into tears at the register?

What if our friend was written up at work and intently focused on how they screwed up?

What if we could be willing to look outside of ourselves for a few moments and see them?  Truly see them?  Set aside our own narcissism and just BE with them?  What might that change?

What is Access Bars?

Sarah and I will be hosting an Access Bars class Jan 15, 2011 and we invite all of you to join the fun.

If you already know you wanna join us, click here!

So…what is this Access Bars?

It is the first class in Access Consciousness. The purpose of The Bars is to show people that they can actually lay there and receive. There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head. They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything.

Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to be generative in that area and to have something different show up in your life with ease.

Having your Bars run, meaning the 32 points on your head being gently touched, effortlessly and easily releases anything that doesn’t allow you to receive. (There are Bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, sex and money; just to name a few.)

Receiving is not done on this planet. Doing, doing, doing in order to make sure you don’t have to receive is how most people live their life. This has to change. You have to be willing to receive if you are going to have the life you truly desire.

Each Bars session can release 5-10 thousand years of limitation in the area of your life that corresponds with the Bar being touched. This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life with out any effort.

At worst you feel like you have just had the best massage of your life. At best your whole life can change into something greater with total ease. How does it get even better than this?

Each person receiving Access Bars for the first time or the 100th time will experience it differently each time.

For me…its like finding sanity and peace of mind in an insane no sense world. Having the space of allowance that is not easily disrupted by daily thoughts feelings and emotion. The feeling of heaviness in head and body gone. Living becomes more elegant, full of ease, and effortless.

For those who’s received Bars before, what’s your awareness? What change has been created from having your Bars run?

We, the Conscious Chicks invite you to comment and ask questions.

Gratitude to you all and happy holidays! What else is possible?

The Other Conscious Chicky 😀

What is Consciousness Anyway?

This word gets used a lot.  It’s thrown around all over the place.  Doctors use it.  Coaches and trainers use it.  Sports commentators use it.  Metaphysics uses it.

But…What is it?

I like to use dictionary definitions, as well as looking at other possible meanings for words.

Dictionary.com has the following:

1. the state of being conscious; awareness of one’s own existence, sensations, thoughts, surroundings, etc.
2. the thoughts and feelings, collectively, of an individual or of an aggregate of people: the moral consciousness of a nation.
3. full activity of the mind and senses, as in waking life: to regain consciousness after fainting.
4. awareness of something for what it is; internal knowledge: consciousness of wrongdoing.
5. concern, interest, or acute awareness: class consciousness.
6. the mental activity of which a person is aware as contrasted with unconscious mental processes.
7. Philosophy . the mind or the mental faculties as characterized by thought, feelings, and volition.
Clearly, there are many definitions.

If we take a look at the energetics of the word “consciousness,” what does it tell us?

In Access, we “define” consciousness as that which includes everything and judges nothing.  It is total allowance for all that is.  Oneness.

Using this perspective, it’s obvious that everything has this…the Earth, the plants, animals, etc…They all have consciousness.

The trees do not judge.
The animals allow.
The Earth includes everything.

People are the only ones who choose anti-conscious.  We do judgment.  We do exclusion.  We rarely allow anyone or anything to be exactly who or what they are.

The Target

My target is to release all judgment…including and especially self-judgment.  To allow everyone and everything to be exactly who or what they truly are.  To include all life and receive the contribution of that.

Are you willing to make it your target?
Can you perceive at all what possibilities it could create?

Nah, you can’t have it.  You have to judge yourself relentlessly and exclude everything and anything especially those things which would like to contribute to you.  I won’t let you have it…it’s all for me and you can’t have any!

What else is possible??!

Much Gratitude,
One Conscious Chick!

Being Unkind

We’ve decided that lots of things make us unkind.

Where have you decided that if things work out well for you, you are being unkind to other people?  Everything that is, would you be willing to let it go now?  Please?

Why do we believe that by choosing what we’d like and having it work out for us, we are being unkind?

Honestly, there is no value in “why?”  Seriously.  There isn’t.

And it’s interesting to look at our choice(s) and ask if that is something we’d like to continue to choose.

Playing Small

We choose to play small in order to be kind.  We play small so we don’t pass up those in our lives we care about.  We don’t desire to make them feel badly or hurt them, so we play small to be kind.

It’s all a lie! Big…fat…LIE!

We’re actually doing those people a huge disservice!  And we’re doing a MEGA disservice to us!

The Limitation

We create a massive limitation here because we believe that anytime things have worked out for US that it must have hurt someone else.

Right now!  Seriously!

The Truth

When we go for what we would like in life and hit our targets, when we claim our awesomeness and our life works out in some way because of the choices we make, we actually create a new possibility for those around us!  We live a living where they can see the choices we make and know that those choices are possible for them as well.

They see that life can work out and no one dies!  …Or gets hurt or whatever.

They see that choice is possible!  That something else is out there and attainable.  Would you be willing to claim that gift that you can be to others?  Would you let go of the lie that by playing small you aren’t hurting anyone?

In Gratitude,
One Conscious Chick!

How does it get even better than this?!?!

“I love you money, will you love me too?”

Money: “of course I love and care for you, the question is are you willing to receive it?”

Do you notice that our relationship with money seems to be based on tug of war?

Sometimes we tug and gain some and have more money and sometimes we lose some and have less money? So why is it that we seem to never really have peace and communion with money? What’s right about this are we not getting?

Basically, this reality sees money as something necessary to live. We must have it or we can’t really have a good life. We’ve been taught that money is not easy to get. You need to have to go to school, work really hard, and then only then can you have money. (U mm, let me tell you this. I did all that how come money still doesn’t leak from my faucet? LOL).

Lets look at money from a different perspective? What if money actually desires to contribute and add to your life? What if the only thing that is stopping you from having more money is actually your fixed points of view.

Here’s an example… if we’ve decided somewhere in our mind that making money has to be hard, can you receive money when it’s easy, when you’re not working hard for it? Probably not huh, since our point of views create our reality.

Sooo…what fixed point of view about money do you have that if you’re willing to let go of it would create a completely different financial reality?

Are you willing to consider a different possibility? I mean I know worrying about it doesn’t seem to work. So why not try something new and if that doesn’t create a change we can always go back to worrying. Thank goodness for choice. How does it get any better than that?

P.S. What’s the value of never letting money love, care and take care of you? (Would you destroy and un-create all those points of views please?)

We, the Conscious Chicks enjoy reading feedback, questions, comments, etc if you’ve got ’em.

Thank you come again. What else is possible?

Through the Lens

I recently have had, yet another, experience of taking something personally.  I was in contact with an individual who suddenly dropped off the planet, so to speak.  The contact had been pretty sporadic to begin with and then “all of the sudden” it ceased all together.

Of course, I immediately went into the following types of pico-universes:

I must have done something wrong.
I hope I didn’t say something inappropriate.
They must not like me.

I’m bad, wrong and awful in some shape or form, right?

The Truth

Really and honestly.  None of that is actually true.  It’s just what some of us have a tendancy to do.

But we are only looking at HALF of the picture.  We are looking through our own lens.

We Each Have a Lens

Each person has a lens through which they view the world.  I see through my lens.  You see through your lens.  The neighbor sees through his lens.

Everyone has a lens!

And THAT is the other half of the picture.

When we do like I did and make ourselves bad, wrong and awful, we are only looking at the picture through our lens.  We are not accounting for the other individual’s lens.

Aren’t we cute???

We try to take on responsibility for the other individual’s lens!  We’d choose that for WHAT reason?!

The truth is that there are a myriad of things playing into the above example:

Busy.  Um..yea..maybe the person is just busy.
Maybe they are stuck in their own pico-universe about US!  haha!  (Interesting thought huh?)
Fear.  Maybe they’re fearful or uncertain about how/where to move forward.

Across All Aspects

We do this in business.  In our personal lives.  With friends.  With family.  With co-workers.  Business partners.  Associates or vendors.  The cashier in the department store!

We take on the responsibility for everyone elses lens!

Would you like to make a different choice now?

You can, you know?!

Just stop taking on responsibility for everyone and their lenses!  That’s all.  Choose to be aware of you and your lens.  That’s all.

Everything that doesn’t allow you to choose something different, would you be willing to let that go?

Much Gratitude,

One Conscious Chick!

How does it get even better than this?!

On a telecall with the lovely Wendy Hart, I received an interesting bit of information that knocked me on my ass and left me spinning.  It made perfect sense…and scrambled my brain to mush.  Ever had that happen?

Dictionary.com has one definition of understanding as:

mental process of a person who comprehends; comprehension

And there are many more….if you really must know, visit dictionary.com and take a peek.

One definition on dictionary.com for choice is:

an act or instance of choosing; selection

Again, there are more.

Understanding Limits Choice

Really?  Yes.  Really.

If it was required that the operator of a vehicle understand an internal combustion engine, how many people would actually drive?

If it was a requirement to understand the electrical currents behind the walls in order to turn on the lights, how many would flip the switch?

WOW!  Sit on that one a minute…I’ll wait…it knocked my socks off.

We are very cute!  So many times we would like to understand something before we choose to move ahead.  We would like to know more, gather information, whatever all that is.  And in the meantime, we aren’t choosing!

How cute are we??

Pretty damn cute.

Something different

What if, from this day forward, you just choose?  What if you forget understanding everything and just choose?  How different might your life be if you just freakin’ choose???

Nevermind….you wouldn’t desire to have your life show up in a whole new and wonderful way.  Nah…don’t do it.  Keep on chasing the illusive “understanding.”

Much Gratitude,
One Conscious Chick!
